Help beautify the neighborhood! Volunteers are needed to help with the November 14 tree planting on Liberty Street. We received a grant for 20 trees and the City of Allentown is donating 20 more so we can bring back the tree canopy that once existed along the street. The pits will have been dug, but volunteers are needed to place the trees in the holes and cover the spot with supplied dirt and mulch. No experience required! Just a willingness to participate to enhance the look of the neighborhood. Bring gloves but all other tools will be supplied.
