Nearly 700 runners joined us for the 11th annual West End St. Patrick’s 5k in the West End Theatre District before Allentown’s glorious St. Patrick’s Parade. The race, which follows the parade route along Liberty, 19th, Tilghman and 25th streets, has become one of the region’s must-do 5ks and is known for its festive atmosphere in addition to its competitive nature.
Cornerstone sponsors St. Luke’s University Health Network and Muhlenberg College led nearly a dozen other sponsors in making the event possible along with more than 35 volunteers. More than $14,000 was raised for the ongoing development, beautification and marketing of the West End Theatre District.

Registration for the 12th annual race, March 22, 2020, will open in October.
